The 30-day rule

If your shirt arrives and something's wrong — wrong size, print defect, damaged in shipping — you have 30 days from delivery to reach out for a refund or replacement.

What we cover

• Manufacturing defects (off-center print, cracked print out of the box, missized garment)
• Damage in shipping
• Wrong item received

What we don't cover

• Buyer's remorse on a print-on-demand garment (the shirt was made just for you)
• Wear and tear from regular use
• Sizing — please check the size chart on each product page before ordering

How to request a return

Email support@skivvyfitshop.com with:

1. Your order number
2. The issue (a photo helps a lot if it's a defect)
3. Whether you want a refund or a replacement

We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.
